Bryan has extensive experience assisting clients in developing strategy, structuring, implementing, and resolving disputes for license, franchise, and distribution systems.  He has handled a large volume of litigation associated with such systems in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey including disputes relating to franchise, license, and management agreements. Bryan has also represented hospitality companies and others in a broad array of casualty claims including premises liability, product liability, inadequate security, dram shop, and foodborne illness. He is a member of the Global Alliance of Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Attorneys.
