From your legal duties as an innkeeper or restaurateur to wage and hour matters, the latest trends and issues in hospitality law are up for exploration at the Hospitality Law Conference – Western Region.

Attendees can get current on pressing concerns in the hospitality industry including franchising, PCI compliance, accident prevention, and insurance coverage.  There will be practical tips on ethics, corporate compliance, and updates on the ADA.

The conference is designed for general counsel and executives of lodging, real estate, restaurant, and club operations; risk managers; directors of loss prevention; franchise service directors; attorneys practicing in the hospitality industry, paralegals, and hospitality law faculty and students.

This year’s two-day conference - western region provides break-out sessions in two different topic areas:

  • Operators – This breakout will explore wage and hour compliance, liquor and food liability, and accident prevention/accident response. 
       
  • Lawyers/Paralegals – Review topics over ethics and antitrust, intellectual property, real estate development, and real estate construction.
